Vision:
BOS, in the year 2012 is a solid, democratic and participative organization, with regional leadership, that has achieved the development of strategic alliances with different public and private institutions of the region, country and worldwide.

Mision:
To be an organization of small farmers, that offers services so that its associates can develop technological and productive capacities, oriented on the care of the environment, the healthy organic production, and the economical, social, cultural and democratical development of the families of the association, of the district of Salitral, region and country.
